Tips to build loyalty with client


By Raúl Gorrín.– Clients should be treated as kings and queens to keep them happy and always make them feel like they are at home. Be aware of your services, you don’t want to see your client in a different store.
There are a lot of companies that fights for the same clients as you. It’s precise to fight to conquer those far way customers plus, by your fixed clients. Build loyalty with them.
First, you have to worry about them. Every client comes to your business to satisfy all their needs and you are the one to help them.
Second, give them good personal advising, listen to them and offer an alternative menu that can resolve their problems. Remember, a client who finds answer on your company is a client that probably comes back. You just give them what they need and don’t forget excellent services.
Your image is the first thing that customers will see. Therefore, take care of it like employees being consultants, giving excellent service and pretty good attention. Price your clients but be special with the loyalty ones by doing them discount in some products. And last but not least, take care of your business and keep it clean.

By Raúl Gorrín.- A current asset is the liquid asset at the moment of an economical closing exercise, in other words, to be convertible into money within one year. Plus, in this category, assets serve for payment to current liabilities.
As part of current assets, we find out inventories, the commercial debtors and other accounts receivable, as well as short term financial investments and treasury.
Current assets, is an essential factor for good management for organizations. They can be liquid asset promptly and they are available for be used by companies.
It exist some types of current assets. The first one, is the cash register, it shows into cash, like inside the own company or current accounts on it or the banks that the company works. The second one, are the clients that have to pay to the company products, service or works done.
Apart from that, inventories have a value in economics terms that could separate if we talk about accounting department. Also, current assets it’s important for renting, salary, services pay and many more. That’s why, is very important for all the companies to manage everything about current asset since many times, it depends to be actives. Moreover, it matters the policy and strategy for invoice collection.

Venezuela: a successful scenario to do social entrepreneurship

    


By Raúl Gorrín.- Social entrepreneurship, it benefits vulnerable groups, in other words, it benefits the less fortunate. It’s a nonprofit activity where the human being is the protagonist.
    
     This type of entrepreneurship is known as triple companies since they measure their performance by economics, environmental and social aspects. The motivation of these humanistic micro entrepreneurs is a personal objective that assumes the personal success is not just only to catch value. It is for the value creations.

     They are social fighters, promoters and impeller of social changes. They are willing to defend their ideas against all adversity. They say what they think and act according to that. Moreover, they are passionate for what they do. For these entrepreneurs, the phrase “it cannot” doesn’t exist. They are constants and are focused on get successful result.

     In addition, they don’t expect receive recognition for their actions and when they do, they share it with the rest of the group. Also, they have a great ethic sense. When they don’t have the planned results, they do not see it as a failure; they see it as an improving of the process.

     Venezuela is a country that offers scenarios for these entrepreneurs to develop their creative ideas and help others. For example: Senos Ayuda. Is a nonprofit association of breast cancer. Is the result of the identification, analysis, study, problems reflections and scarcity in the female population. This association marks a cultural change that it represents a before and after in the perception of Venezuelans have. It is simply, organizational and has sustainability.

     There are also others that focus on the formations of children and teenagers like oral health promoters. Also, exist enterprising that promote favorable opinions about what others thing and feel about people of color, transgenders, race and disability.

 By Raúl Gorrín.-  As a employee, if you are professionals or not, you should visualize you as an attractive product: an employee that provides benefits to the company.

     In every company, exist employees that achieve their objectives, are proactive, efficient, and they are committed. However, they are doing the same function. To stand out and to have better opportunities, it is necessary be competitive to change the status from a good employee to outstanding employee.

     Since the first moment, you start working. You understand that it exist offer, demand and competition. When you are looking fot job, you sell strength, talent and knowledge and for that reason, enterprises hire you to consolidate the business success that probably they already have.

     The only way to deal from efficient to outstanding is with the professional ability to make the difference. You need to invest in courses of specializations that offer opportunities to be better and a successful person, even if you focus on improve the knowledge that companies are looking for.

     Increasing the knowledge areas will become you in relevant and an interesting person for the company that you work. For example: do a language course, a master’s degree, a strategic planning, sales, treasury,, computer specializations and many more. This is considered by your boss to be an outstanding employee.


     Other things to consider are your work partners. They have to need a good concept about you. When you have successful links with others, you show them your leadership skills.

Program your mind with one objective: success

   


 By Raúl Gorrín.- Sometimes, when we think about successful people, we think they had good lucky and money in their lives and we don’t see further. Those people have had failures, sadness and a lot of frustrations. They fell and got up with strength and optimism.

     The idea to reach success isn’t easy as we think. We should be willing to pay the price that it demands. This status requires determination, effort time and energy. Apart from that, what we are looking for (success), has to be really important for us. This is the only way to keep us motivated through problems and difficult that can we face. It would be easy to make it.

     Another important thing is to switch or program our minds with the success idea. We are not changing things at the same time, but if we are constants, definitely we will be a successful person.

     We need to analyze our weaknesses and strengths. The point is, searching for success in those areas that we have strength. Plus, we need to take risks, make the effort and be patience since success is not an immediate result.

This dynamism between Venezuela and Brazil is not new. A few years ago, an agreement was signed to create a successful productive chain that has given the planned results.

Investors: your decision, not your money

   


By Raúl Gorrín.-   Probably to initiate a entrepreneurship you need a lot of money that you don’t have, which means, you need an investor. Nobody is fit to do this type of work. So, we need to consider possibilities.

     How can we hold up our decision?

     The idea and business are yours and that’s why you put the rules. There’s no exist a condition where rules are decided by the person who gives you the money. From now on, investor has to adapt to your conditions even when you can feel success. Also, they can bring good and new ideas. This, it doesn´t mean that it cannot be flexible and can’t negotiate some aspects.

     In the same way, the entrepreneur should be proactive and willing to help and work daily for his business.


     Investors also have their own connections; they will help you with credits for new projects. On the other hand, we are talking about investors not partners, so the conditions still being yours. Your compromise with them is to make money.

If this does not satisfy expectations that every change needs, it will come failure. These transformations won’t be available if change management is very low. Nobody support something if they don’t know nothing about it, that’s why, it is important a detailed conversation to achieve changes in every aspect.

     On the other hand, fear get install on work environment because it is ruined by stress, when organizational healthy is not policy and happiness is not an objective. Because of this, anxiety, depression, demoralization, doubt and emotional disengagement cause problems.

     When there is no a detailed function on what to do, workers get confused by wrong messages sent and chaos is created. Leaders, give an accurate vision on what is the main reason that they want to make. As a result, they will send correct messages to their workers.

     A part from that, human resources contributes on failure because they don’t participate on motivation for the transformation process. In other words, transformations need workers with the right information and they have to understand what are those changes if not, work as a team would be complicated.
