Raul Gorrín: How to eliminate distractions that disconnect us from our obligations

Raúl Gorrín. Usually it spends often. We answer the mail, and in the blink of an eye, we are in a news portal or social networks with multiple tabs open on your computer. If something needs to be done for a specific day, the worker must have within its goals to put positive pressure on leader to fulfill the task, that pressure is invaluable.
