In this sense, companies must maintain controlled stress levels of their employees, otherwise  their levels of performance, productivity and competitiveness will be negatively impacted.
When the worker is concerned, we should point out that job stress has consequences both physically and psychological. The causative results that can manifest in the short-, medium- and long-term.


It all depends on each individual, their resilience and strength in dealing with stress factors and the time they are exposed.


Knowing what and how the stress was introduced into the fabric of the company, it  will then be mportant to implement corrective and therapy.


Work-related stress can kill the body-mind delicate balance that must exist.
