Avoid these 5 mistakes to not lose your clients

In this chapter, we want to warn you of five mistakes that you should avoid costs if you don’t want your customers to say goodbye.

1. Very broad strategies: Attracting high quality customers is something that has to be carried out step by step. It is best to identify people who feel satisfied and happy with your product and / or service and who are willing to pay well for it. Concentrate your energies on them, maintain and increase that satisfaction and the rest will be easy.

2. Old procedures: Times are changing and you have to change over time, it is not smart to adhere to the old marketing strategies when the market is raising new ways to attract customers. Telephone calls belong to the past. Plus, the digital world is raising new ways of getting close to people. Put them into practice.

3. Price competition: Trying to catch more customers by lowering prices can hurt your business and what’s more, your brand's reputation. Only if it responds to a well thought and planned strategy, you can do offers or a relaunch. It is not about competing with other brands, but about dominating the market, so concentrate on the quality of your products and / or services and you will see how you will get better results. The marketing strategy should aim to communicate the value of your brand and your products and / or services instead of its price.

4. Offers: Divide clients into categories and establish a product for every specific division. You will probably have to invest more money and time, but this is much more effective to attract customers. Ensure that the buyer will feel appreciated.

5. Look beyond your own industry: Wanting to focus only on your industry is a wrong strategy. Corporate social responsibility contributes to create and foster links with the organization's environment.
