How happiness boosts productivity

By Raúl Gorrín.-  We have already said that happiness is important for the human being and also for organizations, but today we want to add that studies have determined that happiness is the key to make people more productive. Being happy (according to this research) leads to increase the levels of productivity of the person in their social field and contribute to their individual progress. The findings are so overwhelming that it can be argued that workers are happier to be in a good work environment than to receive a promotion. The bad news is that other polls indicate that some companies operate dissatisfaction personal with their workers.

The problem occurs when everything that happens to us, we want to find an answer. Then the human being begins to stop being happy because it is wasted energy in matters that lacks true relevance. Humans should put in order their inner lives to overcome conflicts and channel their forces to the most important areas of life, such as family, work, career, dreams. On the other hand, psychologists have determined that brain, body and emotions are interconnected. The brain and body manage emotions through biochemistry.

Happiness (say these specialists) is to meet again with our inner being, something that can be achieved through a series of exercises such as greeting everyone around every morning, but also ourselves. Talk to yourself in front of the mirror, evaluate yourself, asking yourself questions without prejudice. Besides this, in terms of working life, people are constantly struggling to achieve goals that surpass the previous ones.

The key of happiness is to bring business success together with emotional health. There are already companies that are making big investments to create pleasant and entertaining work environments. Work has to be celebrated, enjoyed. This investment in workplaces helps to a positive performance, satisfaction, motivation, a better working environment and productivity.
