Emotional control will make you succeed



  


 By Raúl Gorrín.-   What would be the keys that someone can figure as a good leader? For some specialists, the real key is being able to identify their emotions and control them. Emotional control is essential, because they are the cause of well being and they are necessary to face the difficult situations that are presented everyday. In addition, positive emotions make it easy to overcome work overloads, resolve conflicts and solve problems. 

     Emotional control improves spirit, allows goals to be achieved in the middle of a healthy environment, with a sense of humor and with good and finding the way out of the unforeseen without being overwhelmed by pessimism. Nowadays, the leader of this century promotes respect as a corporate competence. The new leader should be prepared for contingencies and know that he should know how to identify the emotions of those who integrate his team to be able to maintain the control and prevent the conflict situation.

     It all starts by identifying your own emotions and controlling them, so you can do the same with the rest of the team. Guide the whole group to stay calm and together can find the solution to the problem. Also, the new leader avoids falling into temptations, stays clam to not lose control. It is only from this state that it is possible to advance towards a solution. Apart from that, it clarifies the misunderstanding and seeks to re-orient the member emotionality to prevent it from overflowing.

     Assertiveness allows us to achieve empathy, to be able to give timely responses that foster understanding that brings feedback. The next step will be to recover joy, good humor and make positive emotions are victorious among team members, few words, recover the health of the relationship and restore harmony.
