Humanistic management is the best option

     


By Raúl Gorrín.- We have wished to have a work with a no fixed schedule that we could be with our own purposes. Not having a specific place or what’s better, decide the type of work we want.

     Let’s imagine for a moment that we are working in a company where the daily goal, personal, collective and for the company be happiness and because of that we can make functions according to our ideal, knowledge and abilities or what’s better, the power of choosing our boss.

     Definitely sounds like a lie but it is truth. It’s a model work that is being practiced more and more in this business environment. It’s about the humanistic management orientation focus on the human being since it is possible to manage an entrepreneur by giving them freedom to their workers.

    In the same way, companies that are following these principles (humanistic management) are characterized by no one is paying attention to the workers schedule, it doesn’t exist a hierarchical diagram of their workers that are part of a board directors and take strategic decisions of the company like financials, marketing, investment or labors.


     Also, reduce the differences and equalize the labor conditions by balancing the functions to make everybody work because of happiness and not for a job, which means, productivity; for example, in Brazil there is a conglomerate companies about industry sectors, services, finances and the new business more than 5.000 workers. These companies grow above average with this innovative model, with great profitabilities and very low turnover.

     In this type of company, it doesn’t exist defined charges, there is no bosses, either a mission or a vision, no strategic planning or a financial plan to five years (maximum are of six months), they don’t care if they grow they just care be financially sustainable. These organizations count with passionate people. Their success is because the seriousness, transparency, respect, responsibility and freedom. This project is being practiced in Colombia and the bank and finance sectors.
