take into account inside companies. It has been discussed by the experts and
today it is clear that this is an important element that we shouldn’t separate
others that could seem closer to the business or directly related to it.
Other
results of the study show up that a good number of entrepreneurs assume the well
being factor only, as an effective way of improving the physical and
psychological health of employees, and sometimes we don’t analyze it at a
deeper level to know its true scope.
It also found a strong connection between
a company's well being initiatives and its competitive edge, which could be
significantly higher or lower depending on the management of those initiatives.
Also, well being plays a key role when we
need to retain talent, because talented people know that their work is valued
and are always looking for good opportunities that also represent benefits and
a better life quality. At this point, the study found that a company is four
times more likely to lose its talent, if its employees have an unfavorable view
on how it is promoted well being.
Well being is not only a tool to obtain
very positive and successful results; it needs to be well managed and also, is a
key element for the existence and success of our companies.
In the same way, companies, entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and
even entrepreneurs, will have to review their strategies to ensure that
workplace comfort is into their plans, as companies that won’t have to struggle
to stay competitive.
