     It is precise a cultural change in the organizations for the actions be focus on the client knowledge. This strategy can achieve all the company areas, that’s why it is called Relationship Marketing. These techniques are used to the development of supporters and distribution points making a great union.

     Also, this type of marketing is very important the client experience and his opinion about brands, because is what the client think about the product and / or service that is offered by the company. This improves the entrepreneur service.

     In this relationship marketing, it works with the service client department to develop an effective strategy to create strong relationships with future clients. A plan is developed to identify the weak points. Then, the fails will be correct to stay in the user mind and taste that can serve to create a connection between the client and the brand. Studios have determined, if a brand can understand and attend clients as individuals, they can sell a 15 percent, more than others company don’t.

     This marketing is possible when organizations make to establish an effective interaction with their clients, since their necessities are satisfied. The interaction between the organization and client is the aspiration of every entrepreneur because is aware that the thin relationship with the user and consumer will help him to divide (in a good way) his audience and, have a close and an effective contact.
